An early morning alcohol fueled fight between two men and a woman ends with one suspect sent to jail after kicking a Lebanon City Police officer.  The incident began at about 2:45 am Thursday morning in the 800 block of Spring Street when officers responded to call about a fight.

Two of the individuals  calmed down when police arrived on the scene.   The third, Josiah Koppenhaver, 30, of Lebanon, continued to be disorderly.  Koppenhaver kicked one of the officers who was attempting to arrest him. He was then charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. Following arraignment Koppenhaver was sent t Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Tina Hutchins, 31 and Jeremy Berger, 34 both of Lebanon were cited with Public Drunkenness.
