The Battle of Gettysburg was fought July 1st – 3rd, 1863.  Those three days and their impact on American history being brought back to life on the battlefield this weekend.  Re-enactors gathered Sunday for a battle near the Pennsylvania monument.  Many of these men come back to Adams County year after year to carry out the battle all over again.  The group also puts on a living history camp, carries out formations, weapons demonstrations and maneuvers just like Civil War soldiers did 151 years ago.
