Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico said Tuesday police have charged Luis Lugo-Davila with killing Erica Klinger.
Klinger disappeared June 8 after leaving her job at the Kwik-Fill on Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.
Police say Lugo-Davila strangled Klinger, who was a friend, after a disagreement over heroin. Polec say the murder happened at the Hollywood Motel in Swatara Township, Dauphin County.
Her body was discovered last week in Penn Township, Perry County.
Police have charged Lugo-Davila with criminal homicide and abuse of a corpse.
Police arrested him last Thursday. He was denied bail during his arraignment Tuesday afternoon.
