Woman charged with attempted homicide in Windsor Borough stabbing

York Area Regional Police say a 38-year-old woman suspected of breaking into a Windsor Borough home on July 5 and stabbing another woman has turned herself in.

Shelia Kay Grim, of Felton, surrendered to police on Monday afternoon. She is charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary and criminal trespass.

According to police reports, Grim forced her way into a home along the first block of North Blacksmith Avenue  and stabbed a unidentified woman in her face and upper body .

The woman was taken to York Hospital for treatment.

Grim was taken to York County Prison on $200,000 bail.
