https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYxx1y-YnuQ A Virginia teenager is facing felony charges after sending sexual explicit text messages to his girlfriend, who was 15 at the time. Trey Sims, 17, was charged with manufacturing and distributing child pornography. When police took Sims into custody, “He said they took him to a room and took pictures of his genitalia,” Stacy Bigley, Sims’ aunt, told News4. “I asked if they’re allowed to do that, and [Trey] said, ‘I tried to refuse,’” which he did, he didn’t want to do it. They told him if he did not they would do it by force.” But those pictures weren’t enough for police, a new search warrant was obtained for more nude pictures of Trey’s genitalia to compare with the photos they have in evidence. This time however police wanted to force him to become aroused. The Washington Post spoke with the teen’s defense lawyer, Jessica Harbeson Foster. She said, “This is a 17-year-old who goes to school every day, plays football, has never been in trouble with the law before. Now he’s saddled with two felonies and the implication that he’s a sexual predator. I don’t mind trying the case. My goal is to stop the search warrant. I don’t want him to go through that. Taking him down to the hospital so he can get an erection in front of all those cops, that’s traumatizing.” A judge allowed Sims to leave the area for the holiday weekend, and he has yet to comply with the search warrant , but another court date is scheduled for July 15. In response to The Washington Post’s story, The Manassas City police have released a statement defending their actions. Read more: The Washington Post

Good example of tech moving faster then our justice system. What’s next ? Charging minors having sex with minors as adult for sex with a minor????? WHERES COMMON SENSE. This is what I refer to as perverted justice.
