Same sex marriages will continue in Pennsylvania after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito rejects a request by Schuylkill County Clerk Theresa Santai-Gaffney’s to reinstate a ban.

Pennsylvania’s law defining marriage as between one man and one woman was struck down last May U.S. District Judge John E. Jones.
