New York man charged in Home Depot theft

Police in Dauphin County charge a New York with stealing over $3,000 in electrical breakers from the Home Deport in the 4200 block of Derry street. The theft allegedly happened in late January.  The theft was discovered after Home Depot Loss Prevention Officers were tipped off to a certain theft tactic and conducted an investigation into activity at their store.

Arthur Art-Ping Lee, 44, of Staten Island, New York, was arrested today by Swatara Township Police. He was charged with Retail Theft.
