Police in Cumberland County seek help in identifying a credit card fraud suspect. The suspect used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise at the Wal-Mart in Shippensburg on Friday July 11th.
Upper Allen Township Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect and the vehicle he got into in the store parking lot.
