Two charged; 3550 bags of heroin seized in Harrisburg drug raid

Two people are charged and 3550 bags of heroin seized following an early morning raid in Harrisburg.  The city vice unit, as part of an ongoing drug investigation, executed a search warrant at about 6:30 am Friday at a home in the 200 block of North 14th Street.

During the search, 3550 bags of heroin with a street value of over $35,000, were seized.

Francisco Burns, 29, of Newark, New Jersey, and Keyonna Garland, 27, of Harrisburg were arrested. Both were charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Conspiracy and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Burns was also a fugitive out of New Jersey and had an active local warrant for Theft, Indecent Deviate Sexual Intercourse and Sexual Assault.
