UPDATE:  An overnight fire in York City displaces six adults and seven children.  Flames broke out around midnight at a three story apartment building in the 200 block of South Duke Street.  The bulk of the fire was on the first floor.  Everyone made it out of the building okay.  Firefighters did rescue a dog from the second floor.  The Red Cross is helping those who were displaced by the fire.  Fire crews say the fire does not appear to be suspicious.
