York City fire displaces 9 people

Nine people were displaced after fire broke out inside an apartment building in York City early Monday.  It happened shortly after 12 a.m. in the 200 block of South Duke Street.

The fire caused about $45,000 worth of damage, according to the York City Fire Department.

No one was hurt.

The Red Cross is helping four adults and five children who were displaced.

Investigators  are still working to determine what started the fire.
