A Penbrook man faces multiple charges for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old girl without her consent, police said.
Eric Dietz, 42, is charged with rape of a minor, corruption of a minor, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, indecent exposure, false imprisonment and furnishing alcohol to minor.
Officers were called to Harrisburg Hospital on Tuesday to investigate a report of sexual assault. The 17-year-old girl told investigators that Dietz raped her after he tied her up with rope and handcuffs. Dietz allegedly threatened the girl with a rifle if she told anyone about the incident, according to court documents.
Police arrested Dietz on Wednesday. He in possession of a small bag of crack cocaine at the time of his arrest, court records state.
He taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $125,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 14.
