Parts of York County are seeing some damage from Sunday night’s storms.

On Long Level Road in Lower Windsor Township, a tree was dangling across the road and caused a dangerous situation for drivers. Police are on the scene to direct traffic and clear the roadways.

Throughout other parts of York County, we’re told crews are dealing with several reports of downed trees and power lines.

If you’re experiencing thunderstorms in your area, make sure to unplug expensive electronics, do not use a landline phone, and stay away from faucets, water pipes, and windows.

After the storm passes, make sure to wait 30 minutes to assess property damage outside.
