Northern York County Regional Police are on the lookout for a suspect who passed a phony $10 bill over the weekend. It happened just before 2 pm Sunday at a restaurant in the 300 block of Loucks Road in Manchester Township.
Employees say a white male walked in and attempted to purchase items valued at less than $2.00. The man presented a $10.00 bill. The cashier checked the bill with a counterfeit pen and found it to be a fake. The cashier kept the money and the man left the store.
The suspect is described as follows:
- White male
- 5’2″-5′-5″ tall
- Blue shirt, white sweatpants
- Light colored flat brimmed hat
- Tattoos on his neck and face
- Driving a dark blue Chrysler Sebring
