A manhunt for a bank robbery suspect in York County. It happened at about 3:15 pm at the PNC Bank branch in the 800 block of Carlisle Street in Hanover Borough. Police say the suspect walked into the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The suspect fled through the front door of the bank with some cash. There were no injuries.
Borough police released a bank surveillance photo of the suspect. He is a white male, with a brown beard and mustache, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, between 180 to 200 pounds. He wore a bluish t-shirt with white writing on the upper left chest and blue sweat pants with three white stripes down the sides of the pant legs. He also wore a camouflage ball cap with the word “Hoyt” across the front and white sneakers.
