A Lancaster Township man is accused of deliberating setting a garage fire over the week.  Fire crews responded to a fire call at about 1:57 am Sunday morning in the first block of Ranck Avenue.  They arrived to find a detached garage engulfed in flames.

A State Police Marshal ruled the cause of the fire was arson. The investigation also revealed that Adam M. Nitchman, who lived at the address started the fire. Following arraignment on Arson and Criminal Mischief by Fire charges, Nitchman was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000.
