Dauphin Co. kidnapping suspect arrested in Massachusetts

A Dauphin County woman wanted on kidnapping charges in Lower Paxton Township is arrested by deputy U.S. Marshals in Massachusetts. Elizabeth Perez, 31, was taken into custody without incident at a hotel in Somerset, Massachusetts.

Lower Paxton Township Police obtained a warrant in early July charging Perez with kidnapping after violating a court order over custody of two minor children.

She being held pending an extradition hearing for her return to Pennsylvania.
