Police have identified the suspect in yesterday afternoon’s robbery of the Santander Bank branch in downtown Lancaster as 25 year old Frank David Hernandez. Investigators credit public response to the release of the surveillance photo for the quick identification of Hernandez.
Police have an arrest warrant charging Hernandez with Robbery.
Hernandez described as a hispanic male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, 235 pounds remains at large. He has no known address and is believed to be homeless. Police advise if he is seen do not approach him.
