A York County man is headed to trial on indecent exposure charges. 60 year old James R. Benjamin was ordered bound over following a preliminary hearing yesterday.
At about 10 pm on June 28, Fairview Township Police responded to several complaints that a man was standing along Fishing Creek Road naked and in full view of passing motorists. Benjamin was allegedly standing in a position where the headlights of passing cars would shine directly on him.
Benjamin was positively identified as the naked man standing along the road by two witnesses. He is charged with Indecent Exposure and Open lewdness.
