Mainly morning isolated showers are expected on Sunday. Highs are near 80 degrees.

The spotty showers begin to exit during the afternoon, and some sunshine works in.

After a beautiful day, a cold front dropping from the north increases clouds through the evening and overnight. There’s the chance for some showers too after midnight. It’s a milder night, with lows falling into the upper 50s to lower 60s. Sunday, the cold front crosses through. This brings spotty showers, mainly during the morning hours. As the front pushes south, skies dry out and clear out during the afternoon. The humidity returns too. Highs are in the upper 70s to lower 80s.

The front stalls just to the south of the area, and pieces of energy ride along it through the new workweek. This means there’s a daily thunderstorm chance next week, but there will be plenty of dry time too. Monday is the driest day, with only a small chance for an isolated thunderstorm. Tuesday and Wednesday, there’s the chance for a few thunderstorms. Thursday and Friday, there’s still a thunderstorm chance, and it looks a little more widespread than the first half of the work week. Saturday, a thunderstorm chance still remains. Highs hover near seasonable averages in the lower to middle 80s. By Saturday temperatures fall into the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
