The Lancaster Barnstormers paid tribute to veterans at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Sunday.

This event is held twice a year with support from the Lancaster Victory House– an organization devoted to helping homeless vets in Lancaster County.

All the funds raised from Sunday’s event will go toward helping those vets get back on their feet.

“Financially, when you see a veteran that doesn’t have anything, we always try to help the veteran. he’s a combat in arms, and it still holds true even though some of us have been out for 30 to 40 years,  Specialist 4th Class veteran Ed Krimmel said.

The Lancaster Victory House raises money year-round to help homeless veterans find jobs and a place to live.
