Police need help identifying a man and woman accused of pulling a retail theft and return scam in Carlisle on Friday.
Investigators said a man entered the Giant Food Store along the 1100 block of Harrisburg Pike around 3:30 p.m. and stole a bottle of face wash. A short time later–a woman then returned the item in exchange for a gift card.
The pair left the area in a gray/silver Ford Explorer.
