Harrisburg police are looking for suspects after a man was found dead inside a vehicle in Hall Manor early Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a crash near Sumner Street in Hall Manor around 4:54 a.m. When officers arrived they found a man dead inside a car in the parking lot who had been shot.
The victim’s identity hasn’t been released.
