Mayor Papenfuse sends condolences to the grieving families in Hall Manor and calls upon the city to stand with those who are seeking ways to stop the violence in the city’s neighborhoods.
“I am profoundly saddened at the tragedies that are claiming too many young lives,” Papenfuse said. “I extend my sincerest sympathies to our neighbors who are suffering and trying to cope with such profound loss.”
