Turnpike back open after crash near Lebanon/Lancaster interchange

The westbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike have reopened following an overnight crash near the Lebanon/Lancaster interchange.

Police said a vehicle and a tractor-trailer were involved in the crash around 12:30 a.m. at mile marker 267. Traffic was backed up for miles as crews worked to remove the wreckage.

Two people were taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment.

So far, no word yet on their condition.
