UPDATE: Second arrest made in Susquehanna Twp. counterfeit money case

SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPMT)- Police have charged a Duncannon woman accused of passing counterfeit money at two businesses in Susquehanna Township last month.

Kristina Gates, 21, is charged with four counts of forgery. Police have an arrest warrant for Gates accomplice, Richard Kramer Jr.

According to police reports, Gates passed fake $20 bills at Uni-Mart and Taco Bell on Aug. 26.

Gates turned herself into police on Sept. 2 and was released on $25,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 12.
