RV goes up in flames in York County

CARROLL TOWNSHIP,  YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WPMT)- A recreational vehicle is destroyed by flames in York County.  Fire crews responded at about 2:35 pm Wednesday to the first block of West Greenhouse Road, Carroll Township.  The first responders on the scene encountered an RV engulfed in flames.

The RV,  owned by Thomas Wertman, was parked in front of his home when it erupted in flames.  The blaze was under control within minutes. However the vehicle is a total loss.

No one was inside the RV when the fire started and no injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.  There is no estimate on damages.
