Showers move into the area after midnight.

After a dry and cool afternoon, expect the clouds to thicken through the evening as our next cold front approaches. Showers enter the region after midnight, with lows falling into the 50s. A few showers linger a bit after daybreak. Otherwise, clouds quickly clear by mid morning. Plenty of sunshine is expected into the afternoon, with a few passing clouds. Highs are in the upper 60s to lower 70s.

The fall air sticks around over the next several days.

Another cool burst of fall air slips in by Wednesday, and this knocks temperatures in the middle 60s to near 70 degrees through the Friday. It’s a dry period, with a mixture of sunshine and clouds. Overnight low temperatures drop into the 40s for many!

By Saturday, some moderation begins to take place, with highs gradually creeping into the lower 70s. Our next shower chance comes Sunday, with high temperatures closer to seasonable averages. Another cool air mass is set to sweep by Tuesday.

Have a great night!
