Harrisburg lobbyist arrested for sexual assault in Philadelphia

A prominent Harrisburg lobbyist is arrested on sexual assault charges.
A.J. Marsico was arrested at his home in Philadelphia Saturday morning, in connection with an alleged rape that happened August 21st.
A 27-year old woman told police she met Marsico at an event that evening, then went back to his office for a supposed job interview, when the assault occurred.
According to Marsico’s attorney, he maintains his innocence.
A.J. Marsico is the brother of Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico.
