Man charged with huffing computer cleaning solvents

LEMOYNE, Pa. (WPMT) – A Cumberland County man faces charges  for inhaling some type of solvent from a can.  West Shore Regional Police responded at about 3:20 pm Thursday to the area of Market and South 3rd Streets in the Borough of Lemoyne.
When officers arrived on scene they found Christopher Frances Wenger, previously of the 400 block of 7th Street in New Cumberland, inhaling solvents from multiple computer cleaning duster cans.

Wenger is charged with Sale or Illegal Use of Certain Solvents and Noxious Substances. Police also learned that Wenger had warrants out of Dauphin County. Following arraignment he was to sent Cumberland County Prison pending a hearing.
