York City Police have an arrest warrant out for Joshua Sexton, of York, for the shooting of Lummumba Anderson.
Police say Anderson was shot on September 22 along the 400 block of West Princess Street shortly after 10:00 a.m.
According to police, Sexton is being charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
