Children's Miracle Network hospitals give countless children hope for a better life and for the past ten years, torch relays have been in cities throughout the country raising money for the cause. This year, the national tour is hitting 20 cities, and for the first time it's coming to York. But before that event, 80's musical icon Tiffany is helping to get everyone pumped up!
