More evidence coming to light which seems to indicate that the NFL did indeed receive the controversial video of former Ravens’ running back Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee in the face.  An anonymous law enforcement official has come forward saying the NFL was sent the video back in April.  He says a copy of the video was addressed to security chief, Jeffrey Miller.  Miller swiftly released a statement denying receiving the video.  The NFL maintains that no one had seen the video until it was released to TMZ.
