The 2014 Lebanon Heart Walk brings together hundreds of walkers from local family, community and workplace teams to raise heart disease and stroke awareness in the community. The walk also raises funds to support the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.  Heart defect survivor, Carter Dubble, 6-years-old of Cleona, will serve as the “Cardiac Kid” and lead the walk.  Tim Richie of Lebanon Broadcasting will serve as chair and emcee. Lebanon Cardiology Associates will also present the winner of the Lifestyle Change Award.

The Heart Walk is a family-friendly event that will feature free health screenings, CPR demonstrations, health information, food and refreshments, activities for kids and other entertainment. Funds raised will help support lifesaving heart and stroke research, healthcare quality improvements, advocacy, CPR training and community education.
