Although the school year is already well underway, a Lancaster County school building marks a new start for students, teachers, and staff in the Penn Manor School District.
Hambright Elementary held an open house and dedication for its new school building on Sunday.
It's the first new elementary school to be built-in the district in more than 50-years.
It's not just students who are excited to walk the halls.
"Very excited, very excited for the teachers, for the staff. We've come together as a family, we've always been a family and everyone came here," says Shirley Jackson, School Secretary.
The building project took more than a year to finish. It has updated technology and space for more students.
