Clouds and showers for the work week

This is an archived article and the information in the article may be outdated. Please look at the time stamp on the story to see when it was last updated.

CLOUDS:  After a gorgeous, dry, summer like weekend, the work week ahead will feature clouds and unsettled weather.  It’s mostly cloudy today with highs in the upper 70s to near 80°.  We drop to the upper 50s tonight.

SHOWERS: For Tuesday and Wednesday, a weak, slow moving system glides through form the Greta Lakes.  This keeps the clouds in the forecast, but adds the chance for a few light and spotty showers for both days.  Highs Tuesday are in the middle 70 s and Highs Wednesday hit the lower 70s.

LATE WEEK: We hold just a few degrees above seasonal average highs to close out the week with highs in the lower to middle 70s.  Thursday looks partly cloudy and dry.  By Friday, a more potent system slides east, bringing clouds and showers for the day into the night.

WEEKEND:  Now we’re into a more fall like weekend for you.  It looks dry with partly to mostly cloudy skies and cooler weather!  Saturday we’re in the upper 60s, with the coolest air settling in for Sunday with highs in the lower 60s!

Have a marvelous Monday!
