YORK, Pa.,(WPMT) Weis Markets opens an in-store beer café in its Roosevelt Boulevard store in York. The 35-seat café, which opened earlier today, sells beer for take-out and on-premise consumption and offers more than 750 varieties, including a wide selection of imported and locally sourced craft beers.
The café received final its final approval from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) on Monday and opened shortly afterwards.
Weis Markets now operates 23 in-store beer cafes. In recent months, it has opened three cafes in Conshohocken, Norristown and Doylestown, all in Pennsylvania.
