YORK CITY (WPMT)-A Wilkes-Barre man was charged with intentionality setting a fire to an apartment building in York City on August 9, authorities said.
Police charged 20-year-old Z’Quan Leon Steeps with arson, risking a catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person.
According to investigators, Steeps intentionally set fire to the building located at 402 N. Newberry Street in early August.
Everyone in the building was able to get out safely.
He was arrested on Sept. 18 taken to York County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Dec. 4.
