A late World War II veteran is receiving a special honor in northern York County.  The Route 15 bridge over the Yellow Breeches Creek in Carroll Township will now be known as the "Glenn Bowers Memorial Bridge."  Lt. Bowers' family joined State Representative Mike Regan for the dedication ceremony.  Bowers was a Dillsburg native who served in the World War II Black Sheep Squadron as a fighter pilot.
