2 men arrested for heroin charges in Lebanon

Two Lebanon men were arrested on drug charges after authorities say they both tried to sell heroin to confidential informants.

According to the Lebanon County Drug Task Force, Luis Anciani-Barreiro attempted to deliver heroin to the confidential informant in the 1100 block of Lehman Street and tossed 14 bags of the drug on the ground while he was being arrested Tuesday.

Later in the afternoon, authorities said Luis Alberto Reyes-Gonzalez delivered heroin to a confidential informant in the 1000 block of Mifflin Street.

Anciani-Barreiro was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal attempt to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Reyes-Gonzalez was charged with delivery of heroin, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were was committed to the Lebanon County Prison on $25,000 bail.
