When Corporal Bryon Dickson and Trooper Alex Douglas were ambushed, the attack was felt throughout the entire law enforcement community. "We're a family. we bond together, we take care of our own. We understand what this lifestyle means," said Dawn Zatorski, who's the President of the Central PA Thin Blue Line Families. It’s a group of women married to police officers.
They're collecting food, socks, tooth brushes and anything else that the cops looking for Eric Frein may need. "We want to take comforts of home to them, things they can grab from the staging area and take out in the field with them," said Zatorski. They’ll take the donations to Blooming Grove next Thursday.
