All southbound lanes between Exit 36 (Route 262/Fishing Creek) and Exit 35 (Route 177/Lewisberry) are closed. According to investigators, several people called 911 around 1:25 p.m. after a man jumped from the overpass into the southbound lanes. The victim was struck by multiple cars, Hicks said.
