Well, the people of Pa saw fit to elect another tax and spender who wants to increase taxes to increase education spending which is already higher per child than amost anywhere else. The national average of educational spending per child is $12,000.00 and Pa already spends $14,000.00 per child while the student population has decreased and the number of new administrators has way increased according to some reports. How wil this fix education in Pa.? At leased Corbett balanced the budget without increasing the income tax.
