Tom Wolf wins Governor’s Race

YORK, Pa, - Standing before cheering supporters in Utz arena at the York Fairgrounds, Democratic governor-elect Tom Wolf thanked his wife, family, friends and the voters of Pennsylvania for his resounding win over Republican incumbent Tom Corbett.  He acknowledged the great responsibility of governing.

Wolf also paid tribune to Governor Corbett, mentioning their telephone conversation and thanking Corbett for his years of public service.

He also briefly outlined his vision for the state including making investing in education a priority and leveling the playing field of opportunity.
