WEST HANOVER TWP., Pa.(WPMT)- A York County Megan’s Law convict is back behind bars.  On Friday, October 31, David Jason Richard Evans, 41, of Dillsburg went to the Pennsylvania State Police- Harrisburg barracks, in West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, to update his employment information as required under Megan’s Law.

While at the barracks it was discovered that Evans had not informed State Police of his new job within the three business days mandated by the law.  It was also discovered that he had driven to the barracks with a suspended driver’s license.  In addition he parked his vehicle in the parking lot of a day care center.

Evan’s was arrested, arraigned and sent to jail.
