Between Thanksgiving dinner and food-packed parties, it's not hard to gain a few extra pounds during the holidays.
But now, thanks to an indoor trampoline park, folks can stay active during the colder months while also having fun.
Sky Zone in Lancaster has more than 100 trampolines for people of all ages to enjoy.
They also feature Sky-Robics, an aerobics class done entirely on the trampolines, as well as dodgeball games.
