DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.(WPMT) A 22 year old Mechanicsburg man is robbed at gunpoint and stripped of all of his clothing. It happened Thursday evening in the parking lot of the Spring Valley Apartments in Lower Paxton Township.
The victim told Township Police that he had been viciously assaulted by a man he and his girlfriend had met in Harrisburg. A friend of the attacker also took part in the assault. The man that they had picked up pointed a firearm at him and demanded everything he had in his pockets and all of his clothing.
When the victim complied, he was released. The victim was later taken to Holy Spirit Hospital by his girlfriend for serious but non-life threatening head injuries.
Investigators are following up on leads.
