CARLISLE (WPMT)-Authorities are waiting on toxicology tests to determine the cause of death for a Carlisle woman who was found in her home on Friday.
Sarah D. Wilhelm, 34, was found dead inside her home along the 600 block of Factory Street after police were called to her home to perform a welfare check around 9 a.m.
Wilhelm had been dead for several days, according to the Cumberland County Coroner’s office. .
An autopsy performed Monday morning was inconclusive. Investigators are awaiting toxicology tests to determine what caused Wilhelm’s death.
