WEEKEND:  High pressure helps to bring us sun to start the day, with clouds thickening toward afternoon.  It’s still a cold day, but we do warm to the low 40s for highs.  By Sunday, warmer air is nudging north as a storm system builds to the south.  Expect mostly cloudy skies with highs near seasonal averages in the middle 50s.  Showers will arrive after dark as we close in on midnight.  Rain picks up overnight with lows holding steady or rising.

WeekendOutlook

HALF WEEK:  As we start the short work week moving into the holiday, we’ll see a warm day for Monday.  A cold front is knocking on our doorstep, but we’re ahead of it.  That keeps clouds and scattered showers in the forecast, but we warm to the middle 60s with a warm breeze!  By Tuesday, the cooler air starts to settle back in, with highs back to the lower 50s under mostly cloudy skies.  Wednesday, we’re mostly cloudy and even cooler.  Highs drop to the middle 40s.

THANKSGIVING: As we take the first crack at the forecast, it looks cool and dry for now under partly cloudy skies.  Highs should top out in the middle 40s.  Travel across the Northeast looks cold, but mostly dry for now.

Make it a wonderful weekend!
