'Tis the season for the Harrisburg Holiday Parade.
Folks lined the streets of downtown for "A Holiday to Remember" themed line of march, which featured everything from local marching bands to special holiday floats and balloons.
The annual parade spreads holiday cheer throughout the city.
"Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse says, "It's a wonderful event, and it's great to see some families and kids out excited to be celebrating the holidays here in Harrisburg."
"It's really neat to see some of these big balloons in person not on television, just being here, it's a great time in downtown Harrisburg," says Aaron Gill who watched the parade pass by.
The parade was organized by the city's Arts, Culture and Tourism Department, the Downtown Improvement District and The Irish Heritage Society of Central Pennsylvania.
